What should I do if my unit suction isnt working properly?

We ask that you run the AUTO clean with some HOT tap water to try and resolve the issue – either a bubble or clog in the line. See a video below showing this process.

Hold your finger over the top– so to build up the pressure to release the clog.
It should take 38-40 seconds for the water in the top tank to go to the lower waste tank.
