Can you share a NasalFresh MD device between family members?

Yes, the system is designed so that the “clean saline” from the upper tank and the “wastewater” from the lower tank remain separate, minimizing the risk of cross-contamination between users.

That said, the most hygienic practice is for everyone to use their own set of antimicrobial nose pillows.
